    PUR E-Learning Portal

    Welcome to the Protestant University of Rwanda website. PUR is a private, independent and accredited Higher Learning Institution owned by Protestants Churches in Rwanda that intends to promote a conducive environment for studying social sciences. Through a user friendly style, our website offers practical information you want to know about our Strategic Orientations and our three Faculties: Education, Development Studies and Theology.
